  • Valid identity document
  • Proof of address dated within the last 6 months in your name and surname (water bills are not accepted)
  • If you are staying with someone: Identity document of the person providing accommodation, proof of address dated within the last 6 months for the person providing accommodation, letter or certificate of accommodation, your identity document and an official document sent to this address proving that you actually live there. (bank statement, insurance certificate, etc.) You will be asked to complete and sign an application for a vehicle registration certificate and a mandate to carry out the registration formalities. ...)
  • Declaration of transfer or certificate of transfer for the vehicle concerned
  • Technical inspection less than 6 months old if your vehicle is more than 4 years old
  • The previous owner's vehicle registration document with the words ‘sold on...’ and the previous owner's signature
  • Copy of the valid insurance certificate (green card) for the vehicle to be registered OR the valid insurance policy with the name of the person to be registered
  • Double-sided copy of driving licence (corresponding to the category of vehicle to be registered)
  • Double-sided copy of valid identity document or passport
  • Copy of the BSR
  • Parental consent form
  • Copy of the family record book
  • Copies of both sides of the parents' valid identity documents
  • Certificate of accommodation

You are requested to pay directly for the cost of the vehicle registration document, including taxes, administrative fees and postage costs payable to the State, the costs associated with applying for the vehicle registration document and the supply of number plates (payment by credit card or cash only).

You are invited to complete and sign a vehicle registration certificate application and a mandate to carry out the registration formalities.

You are requested to pay directly for the cost of the vehicle registration document, including taxes, administrative fees and postage costs payable to the State, the costs associated with applying for the vehicle registration document and the supply of number plates (payment by credit card or cash only).

Jourdan-Blaya will provide you with a temporary registration certificate showing your permanent number and will fit your number plates with the department of your choice.

This Provisional Certificate is valid for one month. Your new vehicle registration document will be sent directly to your home address by secure post within a week.
